The Through Hull XL Wiring Kit is the larger version of our standard through-hull wiring system. Featuring a 1.5-inch (3.81 cm) hole, it's ideal for larger components like Garmin LiveScope transducers , bow-mounted trolling motors (e.g., the MotorGuide Xi3 ), or removable kayak depth sounder pods . It can also be used anywhere cables need to be safely routed through the hull of a kayak or boat.

Perfect for the “BlackPak Pro”

The kit is compatible with the BlackPak Pro 's GridLoc mounting platform , allowing it to be used in a variety of ways, including as a battery box for motors or as a power source for action cameras .

Easy installation without rear access

Installation does not require access to the back of the mounting surface—only a 1.5-inch (3.81 cm) hole is necessary. The kit includes 12 rubber inserts with hole sizes ranging from 0.217" (5.51 mm) to 0.550" (13.97 mm) , 4 blanking plugs , 2 nylon grommets , and the necessary mounting hardware. For smaller cable diameters below 0.217" (5.51 mm), we recommend our Standard GridLoc Through Hull Wiring Kit .

💧 Note: A marine-grade sealant is required for a watertight seal .
